Millionaires development matches form with function This beautiful millionaires and movie stars’ hotel, apartment and spa complex in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico has made widespread use of Hunter ceiling fans to both add style and provide a cost-effective, healthier and more pleasant cooling solution.   Puerto Vallarta has long been the playground of the Hollywood set ever since Richard Burton and Ava Gardner made the “Night of the Iguana” here.  Now the ex-major of the town has created this $800 m luxurious exclusive development with over 200 luxury suites and ocean penthouses which is rated as one of the top resorts in the World.  We list below pictures taken by the author but for more shots please visit their site.  Inside the condos do have air-conditioning but deploy ceiling fans in each room since these offer a more comfortable experience to guests especially as going inside to a cold air-conditioned room and then outside to a 35 deg centigrade air temperature is not considered very healthy.   The indoor fans here are US models and the closest equivalents in the international Hunter range are the Classic Original and Caribbean Breeze.  Note that all of the outdoor Hunter fans on the veranda are all IP rated for wet conditions and corrosion resistant to both salt sea-spray and moisture.        ...
